A) Sample is not free, buyers need to pay sample and shipping charges. The sample charge is refundable if there are bulk orders.
B) Sample time: if you choose our design and customized it with your logo, the sample time is 3-5 days (shipping time not included). If we need to make your design, the sample time will be around 7-10days.
